We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of all services. This will allow us a reasonable amount of time to fill the appointment. A waiting list is provided for those guests who are unable to book an appointment at their requested time. This list is updated daily. For this reason, we recommend that our guests pre-book their next appointment before leaving the salon. This will assist in securing a future appointment that will fit your schedule.

No-show’s will be charged for the service(s) they were scheduled for.

With respect to the safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted on the cutting/coloring floor unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No refunds on gift certificates, products or services.

Make-up cannot be exchanged or returned.
